I found that player ranks are not displayed in your frostbite nametag. I restored it editing these lines:
Nametags.createIcon ICRank
Nametags.setTexture 22 Menu/Nametag/ranks 0 0 16 16
oh i forgot to mention it because I made them inbisible on purpose，or the icons may get too crowded

Btw, is it possible to make enemy healthbar appears as well?

Enemy health bar requires heavy hack in exe and dll..
