Why have you achieved this tool ?
Just to make it clear that it's not my original work, and it's not related to my mod.
It's just a backup for people to reference.

most of the files delete themselves almost instantly, and thats even after i disable my antivirus (this isnt a virus right?)
lets say it works and i extract both .fat files, do i let the files from mod #1 override the files from mod #2?
Never heard of that before. Been using these for years. Definitely no virus.
You'd want to be selective about what you combine/overwrite.
What are you looking to combine?
played around abit and managed to work it out
how do I edit textures with these tools?
This tool will allow you to locate and export the textures, which are .xbt files.
To edit them, you'll need a different tool to convert the .xbt to a .dds and the new .dds back to .xbt
I recommend paint.net for .dds editing.
To convert you can use something like this - Nexusmods.com
