204 Fixes all kinds of things! Reduces instances of FPS drop due to NPCs with too much geometry and dense textures at I-15, Union City, and other risky places. Applies some suggested balance changes, many quest bugs, and other issues.
This is an incremental patch. Manual install. Needs 202->203->204. Install in that order only.
So Install the 6.6GB 202 first. The 1.4 GB 203 Next. Then install 204 last.

Our next Patch will be called 210, and 210 will wrap up this bug list and all new meshes and textures rebuilt for better performance that should eliminate all the crashes caused by that broken collision geometry and high-poly desert plants. I've been slowly rebuilding them from scratch. :p
That will be the full 6GB file, so 210 will only need 1 download.
210 may also introduce our first round of expanded content. This patch populates trailers, adds player housing to Union City, and adds more interiors where previously there were none. It also adds letter for fallen NCR Troopers and Raiders that will eventually become a Courier quest based in Union City. 210 will expand on that with some extra side quest material

This will show you how to install 202 and 203. 204 install the same way. Make sure to install 204 LAST!
If you are super lazy like me and only want to download one giant archive, the full 6GB will be re-uploaded as 210 next weekend, probably Monday the 19th.
220 is due in December, and it will begin expanding companion content before we go to 1.0. If you want to wait a month for that.

I remember someone saying there were plans to add it next to Shi Bank, but that sandcrete house is still empty, and so is a large house to the north (which I thought could make a great home for the main character and his companions).

Disable AA and Aniosotropic filtering in the game launcher. Disable depth fog and displacement as well. Fixed.

You may also need to edit your ENBLocal.ini file in your Fallout NV game directory. Set Game Fixes and Transparency Fix to false (yes, it's counter intuitive, but do it).

I have installed all the files as it is supposed to be, but still after patch 204, I can't start the Enclave quest outside the Vault. It just doesn't give me the comm link and as I have tried few times leaving the Vault in all the patches as well as watching some videos on Youtube, it looks like it is a bug in the last quest given by John Bragg in the Vault with "Follow Bragg to Christianson". It doesn't mark it as completed and I don't get the perk "Born Soldier III", only "Killer of the Vault 18" and I guess this is a problem. But what should I do to fix it? I used Vortex for this mod but I didn't have any problems before.

all the time I have the same problem all the time. The boot screens are as they should be. I click a new game and the background turns white and not black as in your installation video. It does not matter what clicks and so fallot nv begins :( I've already tried everything:
- I installed the gre
- I have quoted from the revision entries with the word fallout
- I had a special gog and I had steam
Are you eastern european? If so, delete the _lang.esp from your DATA folder and it will start up. If not, it may be a corrupt install. I also don't know what "the gre" is and what are these "revision entries with the world fallout?"

Is there an ETA on an FCO patch? Or is it more likely to be fixed when 1.0 is released?
I just installed the mod and the patches but it crashes at the beginning every time. I make my character and try to enter the atrium in the vault but it crashes.
In the 'Journey To The Deep' quest I can't get Captain Less Jameson to follow me into Fort Daggerpoint. I tried the google doc's solution but nothing seems to work. I've tried scouting ahead, not scouting ahead, reloading earlier saves and meeting them at the gates. I've exhausted all options. All files are up to date.
