For those of us who haven't played the game yet, can you say a little more about this mod? What children? Why were the originally removed? Why do we want them?
In some towns there were children, some of them carried items like the red ryder bb gun. They were removed from 1.2 for violence restrictions (UK is a bitch) (in fallout 1 you could blow everyone with a rocket launcher, in f3 they were made inmortal and you could spend an entire minigun in a childs face without even scratching them).
