Note on Sins of the Fallen compatibility:
This version is compatible with Sins of the Fallen 1.85.40 if previously installed (Not compatible with earlier versions).
If you don't use Sins of the Fallen, this is a full version and can be either installed by itself or copied over your existing install of Fall of Kobol.
How To Install Sins Of The Fallen
Important: RESTART Sins of a Solar Empire after activating the mod. This will avoid a common mini-dump after starting a game. If the game mini-dumps attempting to deactivate the mod (i.e. similar issue), then delete the EnabledMods.txt in your rebellion mod folder.

- Note: Player owned militia (Cylon, Colonial) will not create their strikecraft. This is a bug that has been reported to Ironclad. Disabling Outlaw Sector's when using these militia types will work around the bug.

- Removed AI titan helper. (1.85 fixes bug where AI would stop building fleet)

Crashes every time I try to start a game and I'm not sure why.

Are you using a Translation? If so which one?
No translations were being used. I'm gonna use your enabled mods and add others I was using one-by-one til' I find which one was causing the crash.
Edit: It's the flagship core. I went through the process of adding each one of the mods I had previously enabled one by one, but the only time it crashed was if the flagship core was enabled.
I even went one further and disabled all mods outside of the main core, cylons, colonials, and flagship core. Had the vanilla races removed one by one each time it crashed. Still crashed. Something is wrong with the flagship core.

I did not have any issues. I'll download and see if there's an issue with the file.
I downloaded the mod and started a new game without issues. When you say loadscreen do you mean starting Rebellion or when you pick a faction and start a map?
I tried both of these without issues.

Everything that is needed to run Fall of Kobol is included in the download. The other Fallen races are in the Sins of the Fallen download.
While starting a map, everything else is fine :)

Are you restarting Sins after activating the MOD? There's a bug in the Engine that causes the first game to mini-dump if you try starting a game immediately after activating the mod with the in-game menu.

Good point on the translations though. I'll try starting games with each of them. It's possible some issue happens with those.
I've updated the download in this link to fix the flagship issue. It was a corrupted dummy shield mesh on the SotF ships causing the issue. It didn't popup to me when I tested flagships as I had all the fallen factions activated hence overriding the dummy mesh as appropriate.

Yea it's just as Lordlandraid says. It's the flagship module that's bad. It'll load to the menu properly. But if the flagship module is on the enabled list, it'll crash when you try and load up a game. but if you don't load the flagship module it won't crash if you try and load up a game.
Thanks guys,, I'll do a quick test with flagships to see if i fan isplate what the issue is.
Flagship Core Crash: I have ran several mods and the base game without this mod just fine. I have ran this mod several times with the included instructions with fail upon loading a actual game each time. I have just taken out the Flagship Core file to test if this was the issue following the recent posts, and I was able to get into a game immediately upon removing this file.
Good news is I found the issue with flagships and will be able to upload a new version soon.
so i have to ask are the textures done on the the other races pirates etc.. love the mod and absolutely love pirate race but seeing just solid grey ships no windows etc breaks the game cant even tell the races apart except of course the cylon and colonials which look great idk if everyone gets this issue or its just me tbh i could have sworn a few years ago i downloaded a version where the textures looked complete on all races which makes me wonder if you are just redoing them. thank you for your time.
Pirates are either vanilla (i.e. stock) or you swapped them out with Cylon which is the exact same textures as the Cylon faction. Not really sure where you are going here...
lol im talking about your sins of the fallen mod that you can use with this.I would have commented there but it has zero comments. Sry i should have said rouge race not pirate always call them that because well they are pirates.So hpercorp, plauge etc........When i use any of them get solid gray shapes that only have army color paint,I was wondering if this was just me or are they unfinished. Im not sure how you didnt understand this so im assuming atm its just me and im installing wrong or something lol.

After seeing the pics I have to say it must be an issue on my side however I cant figure out why all the textures I see are like a grey camo. No windows or anything that shows its a ship lol. It looks like two well designed rocks are fighting haha. I run everything on highest maybe that is my issue idk. however I do love the models.

I testet several fights.. Very nice Mod, but the Ki ist very inactive, i think.. Only a few Ships and Pirates are tooooooo strong.. Please balance!!!!
Pirates are stock unless you activated cylon pirates or even worse cylon heavy pirates. Yeah, they are super hard if you did that but not impossible.
Friendly militia don't spend fighters points, but enemy militia do.
It's a bug with the game engine. I've reported it to Ironclad. The only work around is turn off rampant militias or activate a militia from the SotF or vanilla factions.

Thank you for responding! The version is 1.85 Rebellion. I run it from a steam install. I did have an earlier version of the fall of Kobal working but had to reinstall everything when I rebuilt my pc. Hope you can help, thank you very much!
