This mod should be able to play with both Steam and non-Steam versions. However, for non-STEAM users, make sure that you have already BACK UP your player profile in case it cause some technical issues. In addition, you can play our mods with the Co-op mode with your friends as well, but make sure that they have installed them correctly too.
