According to front page of the mod (https://www.moddb.com/mods/eshq), you need to download the DPModule from GitHub (https://github.com/adslbarxatov/DPModule/releases), launch it and just perform installation steps. Our own application is safe to use.
You can place .dp9 file in the same directory with the DPModule to reduce number of installation steps.
If you'll have some troubles, please, remind us about them
We've tried 'clean' test of installation assembly at 7/24/2020: downloaded all required files from here and performed needed operations. No troubles were found.
So, we think that you need to check following points:
- Unblock downloaded EXE module according to Youtu.be manual;
- Check that your 'program files' directory is writable (may not be so on Win10);
- Run DPModule from administrator (typically, it's unnecessary, but may be useful).
These steps must help you to fix this trouble. If not, please, let us know

whenever I try to use it it keeps saying "cannot create or access one or more files or directories. how do I fix this?
