English translation for some files, to make the game at least playable.
So after hard work I managed to translate some files using Google translate and fixed it Manually because the google translator changes the log itself and causes CTD. Can't promise there won't be CTD at all, but in my tests there was only one which I hope I fixed it. Enjoy!

looks like it is just basic stuff for functionality. Probably not units
