Description

Doom Exp has tons of adjustable settings to customize the gameplay to your personal preference. The gameplay mod focuses on high mobility, arcade style gameplay and mainly just be a lot of fun. Gain experience by destroying everything that crosses your path. The experience is then utilized as currency to buy upgrades. Upgrade your character and become a blade wielding, dash attacking, super stomping, gun crazed maniac.

It's a rare item you can find inside a lootbox. They are more likely to spawn when you open the lootboxes with a key.

Doom Exp uses it's own special glory kills and is not trying to be another D4D clone. Isn't EOA using D4T's glory kills or just slightly edited versions?

While high enough in the air, look down until you see a special crosshair. Then use the blade melee to smash attack. Takes a bit of practice.

I can't see anything wrong with those lines. You also are getting an error message from gzdoom.pk3 which isn't mod related. There's nothing else attached to the error message?

No, you don't want to delete gzdoom.pk3 since that is the core of GZDoom. The problem can be something else related. Possibly a issue with your .ini, some other mod loaded alongside, or even the GZDoom version. By latest version, you mean 4.5 or 4.6pre?

Although that is a rare thing to happen, it is definitely possible your GZDoom download got corrupted somehow.

How I can activate the crucible sword? I bought it with the required 50 power nodes, but don't know how to activate it. I don't see a key bind. I'm using the latest GZ doom and EXP Doom.

Not sure if you are the same guy who asked it on Discord too. Just incase, I'll post the same answer here too.

If the crucible is charged, you'll get a sound and text notification. The weapon is on weapon slot 8 or setup a keybind : bind x "use crucible"

Lol I did notice that exploit and the dev builds already removed the lootbox buy feature from the store. However lootbox keys have been introduced, which give you higher chances of getting good gear out of the lootboxes.

Really cool mod, but I'm having issues that would be much appreciated if someone could provide some insight

I just Downloaded this version of the mod for GZDOOM on my MacOS and aside from some issues with floating pickups that phase through walls depending on the angle at which you view them; Which I don't have much of a problem with. I have one other issue that I have been having, when I buy certain things at the store and then exit the store the GZDOOM terminal comes down and displays a bunch of code (I'm not a tech savvy person but I could write it down in a response comment if it is helpful) and after I hit Esc to exit my terminal I go back to the main menu and I don't end up getting what I bought.

4.6 should still work but 4.6.1 added permission validation in OptionMenuItemCommand.DoCommand which doesn't allow CCMD initiated outside the menus anymore. Unfortunately I used this feature to call multiple things with this function e.g. the store.
