I'll be uploading a new version since I found some bugs in this one. Also will be adding a BFG alt fire to the list of upgraded weapons.
If you are asking, how well the compatibility is, when loading with other mods, then it depends which mods you load. Cosmetic mods should be fine but other gameplay and monsters mods will probably not work or cause issues.
