Description
This mod adds a diplomacy that allows you to shift the focus of any of your dynasty members, assuming you are the head of the dynasty, to a new focus, so no more do you have to let your double axe welding brother study the fine points of Theology instead of immersing himself in all things war.

Sounds like it does work then, just apparently focuses are only for landed characters so will probably do that for landless courtiers.
Dropbox.com agot specific file. replace common/objectives/00_focuses.txt with this or create an agot specific copy with this in it if you don't want to switch out for vanilla and agot play.
