Game crashes every so often if a npcs has a certain "broken weapon", I don't know what makes them get the weapon or what is that weapon even, but if they shoot you, the game lags to infinity, and if you try to save after one of those NPCs was registered (AKA, entered the online radius), saving the game causes an CTD.
