There was a game breaking bug in Episode 1 (If you give Rita the full heal, then grab the first key half in Marvin's office, then head upstairs through the safe room, craft the club key and find Alyssa and then head back, Rita locks you outside but then the cutscene glitches because Hunk is on the stairs and can't reach the room so the game soft locks.
I had but it's possible I did right before the patch. I'll download the updated one and rush there to test it so I can tell you if it got fixed or not then.
I used the new updated main download and reinstalled and it seems like it worked. Did you make it so she locks the door right as you pass regardless of the order of events? (I know that lots of stuff varies, so just making sure that was it) Because if yes, then that it probably works. Will try it again later without inf. ammo and varying the order a bit to make sure, thanks!
It also worked for me, so it's definitely fixed. She locks it depending on the events. If you don't go meet her when you first enter the RPD, she will lock the door when you go down the stairs (in the right order, you can actually finish the episode without even knowing that she exists).
Wow nice! I just beat it legit and yeah, it didn't glitch at all. I'll try again without even running into her then to see if it's all cool with that set of events too.
Patched it, yet I seem to not be able to play the mod. It forces fullscreen and can't see anything of the menu but the wallpaper. As I press intro the background changes to the loading menu though I still see no options and by pressing anything I go back to the main menu with the mask (Again, without options D:)
PS: Managed to get into the game though it looks with distorsion, failing textures that show up in pink and wrong colors. Damn, wished I could play it.
You have to follow the instructions. You need to try out normal .exe files and the 16 bit ones, along with Win95 compatibility and different graphical options. There should be a combination of configurations that works for you.

Just tested it and nope, the bug is still there...
Have you started a new game? The patch doesn't apply to saved files.
