Fixed Starbase issue not allowing trade hubs to be built.
Remove all previously installed versions of the mod.
Corrected the starbase issues, Trade hubs not being able to be built, icons being strange, and fixed the upgrade system for the starbase.
This is the new release of the mod. It has many changes the main one being more true to SINS. The Terrans are the only new faction atm in the mod. Enjoy.
