When Grey Source development began in November 2019 with build 1911, Phoenix needed a game to use it with and show off what it's capable of. Sabian whipped up a quick concept called CORRIDORS, where you go through corridors to get to a "box" that is full of enemies. You don't know how you got there. You don't know why they're speaking to you.
Three builds were made; 1912 in December 2019, 2001 in January 2020 and this build you're seeing right now — 2002 in February 2020.
The game was cancelled shortly after this build was compiled for four reasons: the concept was similar to Portal, it wasn't working out, development for another, much more ambitious game had started: Half-Life: Zombies Ate My Neighbours, and it was still using an old 1911 branch of Grey Source 2019. ZAMNHL was originally going to use a new, different engine, called The ZAMNHL Engine, but in April 2020 it was decided that Grey Source 2020 would be used.
