Here is an early beta of my mod, it does only contain the changed units and a small tech penalty for ming.
In this early beta, I just collected my first thoughts and ideas. It contains most of the changed units stats and some handicaps for Chinese nations. Now, for example, it should be possible to beat a 20,000 African/Asian/South American army with only 5,000 mercenaries. Note: Playing as a Non-European country will probably be frustrating and annoying with this mod enabled.
