Changelogs(Command line version)

Arguments:
Run a modification: ModLauncherCMD.exe -modconfig "C:\Path\To\ModDirectory"
Open configuration window: ModLauncherCMD.exe -Config
Show mods in Mods directory: ModLauncherCMD.exe -GetModList
Show help message: ModLauncherCMD.exe -Help

Install instruction:
1. Unzip the archive into the root directory of the game you want to play
2. Start the launcher with -Config argument and set the language Skudef file from the game.

Source code included. Multiplayer only works if all players run the mod with this launcher.
