Mod did not crash at all unlike @Fast_Train experienced. However, I'd like to report 2 issues that I had during the gameplay.
Firstly, the health bar and ammo bar near the crosshair are missing. There are only 5 dots for aiming. It is no big deal actually.
What bothered me was the second problem. As you want to throw any object to enemies with Gravity Gun, they harm it as much as you attack them with crowbar (For instance, a regular zombie dies with 7 hits with crowbar in hard difficulty, so you have to throw an object 7 times to kill the same zombie). No matter what object you use to beat them. Even saw blades cannot cut zombies. They are just like other objects.
I'm not sure if these problems have anything to do with your patch or the mod itself. I'm aware that you are busy lately to fix things, but I just wanted to let you know what I experienced.

It Crash when i start the games
ubilada i click Start new game and then nothing happen
Did you do everything in readme.txt file that comes with the patch? If you did, there should not be any problem.
There is no new game for me to select to start playing :/
Great mod,but I can't complete play with another endings
