Another update with some more progress, the last release was a little rushed due to a deadline. 32 Map megaWAD. Mostly vanilla.
Custom monster balancing and a new attack for the Titan. I need to animate and fix the code for it lol. A lot of work done on map 23. Music needs another sweep, many song choices are still placeholders and others need a better mix for next update. test
The opening to the level "Rise from your Grave" was brilliant. I was also curious who did the tracks I download those.
Thank you! The rest of that level needs a ton of work haha. Music is conversions of bands I enjoy. I will post a list but many are still placeholders. Mostly In Mourning, Skeletonwitch, and Job For a Cowboy. As well as the original Descent OST. Glad you enjoyed! :)
Thanks for the music recommendations, the midis are all really sweet. Oh and I'm not sure if you are aware of this bug or if its just meant to be a hidden thing. I was cycling through the levels and in the middle of them I ended up on a level called "playable doom" it was just a few mostly identical hallways with no way out but the enemy count was 25 but no enemies showed up. I restarted and the levels went as normal. Was that a leftover bit of nonsense?
Also one other part that I really loved was in the level Hydro Processing where you turn on a switch and turn around and the lights start lighting up the room and the floor goes up to reveal a bunch of enemies where the first point you see the Archviles (on the difficulty I was playing at least. That got me pumped.
