*BETA* AI Smokescreen Grenade file

AI fix for Forgotten Hope Singleplayer & Coop. Adds the ability to block bot targetting to the Axis smoke grenade. Note - this is a *BETA* release. Still in testing. Needs tweaking further to match FH behaviour. This is not an official FH release but is a release of the singleplayer community on the FH forum.
