Bearable Centaurs and Infighting Submod file

This mod aims to create a more dynamic rivalry between centaurs, causing more infighting and more clans to pop. This will lead for a more comfortable tauren game play, and lead to a more united centaur force against outside blobs duo to a higher amount of independent tribes. This mod also reduces populations of centaur hordes to make them more akin to their Wow counterpart.
