Adds a new option under Options/Game to automatically connect to the game's IRC using the ingame client.
Extract the .zip into Star Ruler 2/mods. The game will handle the rest.
The new option is labeled 'Automatically Connect to IRC' and is toggled on by default.
Is also integrated into version 0.4.0 of the Alternate Balance Expansion Mod, with the difference that ABEM's version also joins the #abem channel in addition to the default #starruler.
