2.Reduce prize about some NEMESIS Upgrade

3.All Soviet Akula type Sub and All Japan Cruiser gain Sonar. Neptune and Vindicator gain small Sonar range in anti sub mode.

4.Increases All Tier 1 Ship resistance, especially CONCUSSIVE. 1ncreases all damage about Tier1 torpedo weapons.

5.Tesla bullet will trigger EMP effect easier

6.Increases Unit Experience Level effect.

2. Javelin soldiers aim faster on laser mode, but get short interval between missiles.

6. Fix low damage dealt to Mothership Shield from Ata-7 Archer.
7. Fix double damage dealt to airborne unit from Archer Maiden.
