Great mod! Its almost a perfect release into 1.0 compared to many mods that are terrible. There are many Mount and Blade total conversion your's is one of the few that has such a strong release. Most mods that have been released are jank and this is not one of them. It looks premium like an official expansion. It has great music. The textures are bright and colorful even in parts of the map and the world where the map is darker its still has great color design as if it was the sunnier areas. Everything feels crisp and clean. It has great looking factions so far even though I only played for a few hours.
I want to point out some problem.
It seems that one cannot get loot from battles. Pretty serious.
Sometimes in the arena the player doesn't spawn with a weapon.
Money in the party screen is too pale to be read.
The close letter spacing for each word maybe intentional so maybe space them out a bit more while reserving what ever design you intend.
Troop trees would be nice.
The male faces work for this mod but the female faces are challenging to look at like sieging a castle at level one is hard.
African faces would be nice just saying. I know some mods have some kind of a theme.

Most of those are or will be fixed. I'll consider adding a troop tree viewer; the mod is very thematic, and that's why I didn't like to include it, it kinda breaks the immersion. :D
About male and female faces, what do you mean, female faces are difficult to look at?
As for African/darker complexion faces and skins, that is a very lengthy discussion, and one that has been puzzling Mount & Blade modders for years. The sort answer is this: the way the game engine has been made, there is a "colour" separation between face and individual body parts (torso, hands, legs). In turn, this means that a player could play as a black human, with white legs or hands, which is ridiculous and very bad looking. Mods that feature long-sleeve shirts, robes etc., without any skin in the body shown, can get easily get away with ethnic troops and faces. But mods like this, that have many or most armours with short sleeves, skirts, kilts etc., have a serious problem.
There are workarounds, but they are very taxing to the game engine, lowering performance, and so, as much as I would like to have more variety, I elected to go with a more "white" complexion for faces, for now.
I apologize if that sounds confusing and even racist, I swear I am not doing this on purpose, but there's just not any other way to explain it.
The 'view known lords' part of the reports menu has white font with a pale background.
Natlok raiders don't have any weapons.
I made two different characters 100+ days passed and no kingdoms went to war. They are different states of diplomacy to the point of no one going to war. Maybe its the RNG gods. Its hard to play this mod if there are no wars to profit from and nothing but bandits. Even if I start personal wars with a faction or do the quest from a lord called 'provoke war' or something nothing happens. One of the ways I play MB is to wait till factions go to war and take a fief with a tiny garrison to start my kingdom early so I can start snowballing without right to rule until I bust my butt till I set up a descent kingdom but I can't do that in this mod because of so much peace.
Left and right for the death camera works in reverse.
