Age of Bronze version 1.6, bringing a number of new assets, a completely new user interface skin, and a polishing and reworking of most units.
Age of Bronze 1.6 has now been released! The most obvious thing you may now notice is our sparkling new user interface, designed and built from the ground-up for Age of Bronze, and featuring fantastic artwork by the talented Balage Balogh. In this update we’ve also added a host of brand new assets, both our own and a number from the Desert Kingdoms and Rise of the Republic DLCs, and in addition we’ve undergone a massive polishing of every existing unit variant.
On the technical side, we’ve finally consolidated the Steam version into a single-part download (no more multi-part hassle), and otherwise substantially reduced the overall size of the mod files. 1.6 should download automatically if you are subscribed on Steam, and you can safely delete the other 7 parts of the mod.
As always we are keen to hear your feedback, and for any bug reports if you find anything. Enjoy!
Installation: Extract both files to your Rome 2 Data folder, and enable the .pack file in the mod manager when launching the game.
Whith campaign?
Not yet I'm afraid. Trust me when there's a campaign we'll be making a big fanfare about it. :)
Juicy :D nice work on those new asset they are very enjoyable to look at
I enabled it on launcher, but when i started to play it was still original game. Why?
Are you sure no other mods are enabled? Can you send a screenshot?
Oh sorry, I found out how to fix it already. It enters normally now, no need to worry anymore.
Thanks for the mod & I hope there would be full playable factions with campaign also on your next update
Excellent news. If it's not too much trouble, could you post what solved the problem here for others, and for our own knowledge?
