What is the 'Way of the Pigeon':
- Awesome Games with equally awesome optional premium content / versions for all the cool devices and platforms! Watch and shape how they're created! One of the many benefits of an independent studio like WotP!
- Transparency and Community! We provide an experience geared around you. We don't ask for 'False or Forced' Youtube & Facebook likes', advertising board 'tweets' and spam tactics (which is more than most can say). And we aren't afraid (& love to) communicate, respond and share with you on all the best social platforms!
- No DRM (on our part)! We focus on you and your experience, not the alleged pirates and zombies. If you've paid for it, you OWN it, simply as! Downloads from WotP can be played offline without issue or drama (Of course, you can always optionally stay connected for the full-enhanced experience).
- No Cynical-DLC! We don't remove core content from a game just to sell it to you in pieces! We also always provide a simple way for you to have ALL the base content in a game the traditional way, should you choose! Add-ons & Micro-transactions will only be present to enhance / increase the content of your game & give you cool ways of obtaining the extras you care about, as it should be!
- No always-online / Server DRM! Play your games tens of years from now without having to rely on some dodgy server / DRM code to play and load YOUR game / save data or access features that don't even require a connection. Download / backup and share your save data as well, because, well, it's YOURS!
- No annoying spam-levels of Ads! Nobody likes them, they often irritate and sometimes even distract, slow or destroy the experience. We'll keep them to a bare minimum at a low noise volume! And for our subscribers you don't have to worry about ads, both in-game or at the nest as you'll be (legally ;) ad-free!
- No online pass / multiplayer taxes! We won't in addition to charging a monthly fee stick you with another fee (online pass / online tax) for a service you've already purchased to have the right play online / be connected in the first place! That's just wrong, plain wrong!
- No purposefully confusing virtual to real currency conversions required! All are prices are simple, clear and human!
- No installers loaded with reverse check boxes, third-party malware, spamware and plug-ins to screw-up your computer / device, none of us likes that nor needs it thanks!
- No penalisations for not living in the US or Canada (although we love you guys there too) by making you wait a day or three later to get new releases from WotP!
