cant open the c&c mod enhancer some help plz.
i would like to join this mod group if it is still available. just that i have a Win.8 operating system and it can be tricky (if not annoying) to operate sometimes and i wont always be right next to my computer do to to me looking (actively) for good paying job and doing all kinds of side/odd jobs trying to earn myself a living.
