This is a must... i dont expect this too but i guess it shouldnt be to hard to change the rain textures - maybe someone can do this
Its hard to get it to look good. I've seen a few attempts, but they end up looking like giant clumpy raindrops falling like rocks, it just looked horrible. I have only seen 1 good example, I saw it in a Dead Air Mod video a while ago. it looked nice though. it was very sparse, slow falling snow flakes.

the Best Winter Mod I have found was made for the Last Day Mod, but I have not tried it with Anomaly.

Пёс его знает. Я слышал, что вроде бы разрабатывается осенний пак от другого разраба.
Раньше Autumn Misery для CoC работал на аномалии, правда это было еще в 2018. Если поэксперементировать, то можно наверно версию для зова чернобыля заставить работать

How to ON winter footsteps?
How can I play without snow after I install it ?
Delete the gamedata folder.
Superb addon man. Feels like it should been like this all along. Now we need loading screen posters, and some winter themed armor and weapons to match. And the particle of leaves around gravity anomaly seems to look much like snow to use as rain. don`t know, just throwing ideas.

Отличный мод, выглядит хорошо, но столкнулся с проблемой. Освещение от костров\ламп\фонарей не работает должным образом: изначально самого освещения, оно появляется только когда подходишь ближе к источнику, и ведёт себе очень странно - светит только в сторону игрока, отображаясь прямоугольником на земле. С фонариком налобным тоже траблы - когда спокойно стоишь на месте, он светит, когда начинаешь двигаться обычным шагом\бегом\вприсяди\лёжа он банально перестаёт светить. Я пробовал пошаманить с настройками и внутри игры, и настройками в панели видеокарты, но ничего не помогло. Я также заснял ролик с демонстрацией этих казусов и сделал скриншоты настроек графики. Было бы круто, если поможешь разобраться.
А как избавится от зеленых кустов и деревьев в далеке? Пробовал в настройках повышать всевозможные дальности прорисовки но ничего не меняется.

Thanks for making this! It always struck me as odd that Anomaly starts in late October and goes into the winter months, yet the weather and foliage looks like mid-June.
One little complaint though, in Yantar many of the grass sprites are floating above the ground. It's a little immersion-breaking.

Where did you get the textures though for the snow mod? :D :D :D
I'd like to say this mod has been pretty mediocre. Sure, it adds the snow ground and all these things that are neat, but snow fall is non-existent and the damn grass and bush textures are missing!
How could that have happened?
There's another mod that changes the rain to snow. It's basically just re-textured rain, so it falls a little fast, but making convincing snow in the X-Ray engine has been a challenge since Shadow of Chernobyl.
This mod does need a few touch-ups. The ground snow texture is missing in Wild Territory and CNPP North, the grass floats above the ground in Yantar, and some of the summertime ambient sounds need to be silenced or replaced.
But overall I'm just glad someone's trying! :)
By summertime ambient sounds I mostly mean the insects and frogs. Crickets, cicadas, etc. It's pretty weird to hear them in a wintertime landscape.
i can not get this to look good at all wayyyyyyyyyyyyy to bright like mid day and suns out and my eyes hurt......
i tried tone m ap middle grey .6 then its mega dark
i tried tone map low lum 1.0 vs 0.5 default kinda better but its sooooooooo bright ..
what are some good settings

It seems that my grass/bushes dont have propper texture?

if i remember correctly it doesn't work with dx8
I love it so far but there are missing ground snow textures on the map Meadow. On some spot it is still green. Can you fix it please?

this is cool but some texures like some of the grass is gone and i dont like so i want know how to uninstall it or fix it
