tl:dr: no more deep repair mechanics, only generic weapon and armor repair kits now
This mod's probably outdated as shit, I don't play anomaly anymore and don't plan to. If it works, it works, if it doesn't, sorry.
What?
This addon aims to essentially remove the repair system and turn into a much simpler process with significantly less items involved. All weapon and outfit repair items (gun oils, glues, weapon/outfit specific kits, weapon parts, repair tools, outfit attachments, misc. repair bonus items, etc.) are removed and instead replaced with universal weapon and outfit repair kits that will work with any and all weapons and outfits/helmets, respectively.
Why?
I don't enjoy the repair mechanics of Anomaly, they're too time consuming for my taste, so I opted to make this as a means of streamlining the process and taking a large amount of micromanagement and item bloat away so I can spend more time stalkan.
So what ALL changed?
All of the aforementioned items should no longer appear, they won't be sold by traders or technicians, they won't appear on corpses, they won't appear in stashes, they won't be received as rewards, and they won't spawn naturally in the world.
The repair kits have had their prices increased to roughly 15000~ to add a bit of balance to it, this may be changed in the future if I deem it too cheesy during my own playtime.
Conflicts and Compatibility
Will conflict with anything that affects traders, loot drops and spawns, and the repair items themselves. This means mods such as loot or trader overhauls, though I did make this compatibility patch for AGoodSetOfPistols' Trader Overhaul. I'm unlikely to make it work with anything else that I don't personally use.
Installation
Download and install normally through MO2.

Mar. 06, 2022: Fixed both death lists, everything that's supposed to be disabled should actually be gone now, there should be significantly less item bloat.
Mar. 19, 2022: Redid description. (Hopefully) Removed all of the appropriate items from dynamic spawns, stashes, and task rewards as well as fetch lists, so you should no longer get tasks for items that are removed. The debloating continues.
Oh thank GOODNESS...! While I appreciate the time that the Anomaly team took in making a self-repair system diverse and so forth, it's a REAL pain in the *** to get all the mats and so forth. As such, using the classic Repair Kits is VERY damn convenient so thanks a TON for adding this. Once I get into Anomaly (still yet to be determined atm) i'll DEFINITELY remember this convenient little addon mod for it. ^^
Yeah, I think i'm gonna get this, I lack the 200+ IQ and PHD requiered to figure out the repair system of Anomaly.

Unfortunately, it's most likely to use the Russian dub as its main base audible language due to the fact that the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series is majorly dubbed in Russian (yes, i'm well aware that there's Anomaly addon mods out there that restore original English-dubbed lines where it's suitable, but not all of it though of course.
Regardless, fan-made English dialogue can always be a thing of course, just dunno if it has good story events like the original S.T.A.L.K.E.R. trilogy does as I have yet to delve into it of course. ^^;
Hi new to modding Anomaly.
Is this MOD compatible with boomsticks or does it only work with close to unmodified Anomaly?
All the extra crafting items have remained in-game and it appears to still use the original crafting system.
I have also used MO2 to install this mod with boomsticks but I'm having no luck.
Any help would be appreciated thankyou in advance.
Never Mind, I had realized I had installed the patch for this MOD instead of the actual MOD itself. All is well so it is compatible with Boomsticks.

You might have to make a new game for the removed items to stop appearing, I haven't actually tested it but if they continue appearing, try that.
I can't get this mod to work. I've tried doing both a manual installation and using MO2. None of the traders seem to sell repair kits, whilst the classic repair items that are meant to be removed are still showing up for me. I've also tried starting a new game and the issue persists. I am currently using the latest verion of Anomaly.
sorry for the bother but do you have any idea how i would remove the repair ability of the rapir kits and make them essentially function like toolkits? basically shell out a bunch of cash for a toolkit and it doesn't repair anything but gives you the ability to repair weapons.
where i can find the disassembly tool?

Absolutely love this mod, although I was wondering how do I thread pistol barrels?
Probably nobody is gonna respond to this but for some reason, the mod doesn't work when I install it. The items are not in Sidorovich's item catalogue, and also the default repair objects are still there, like the grooming kit and file. I have installed the mod manually, through a mod manager, and disabled my other mods to see if this mod would work. I also reinstalled Anomaly, installed this mod with no other mods, and it still didn't work. I can't tell if there is a problem with the game or if I am just stupid. Is there anyway to fix this problem or am I screwed?
