VSS Vintorez Scoped Variant Name Change addon

Name change for scoped variant of VSS Vintorez. In vanilla Anomaly (1.5.0 beta 3 update 4 hotfix 8) both normal and 1pn93 variants have the same name. New name is: VSS Vintorez (scoped). Addon affects only displayed name. Installation and merging instructions in readme.
