Trader Complete Outfit Version Rebalance Rewrite Russian addon

This mod adds a Russian translation to the original Trader Overhaul Complete, since it lacked one.

Additionally, all English descriptions have been changed to reflect what the armours and outfits actually benefit from instead of being lore dumps about stalkers.

Last but not least, the two most overpowered outfits in the pack have been significantly toned down to give them significant disadvantages where needed.

All of these are selectable and optional.

Mod comes with a FOMOD installer for Mod Organizer 2.
