Tide's Depression Simulator! (ReShade) addon

I believe that a little more information / description of the addon would be a great help.
We can always download and try, but we are idle and pretentious...

(I clarify that I have not been the one who has given you the negative vote, nor have I voted because I have not downloaded and tested)

Sorry to see this downvoted. If someone likes that type of mood that's good, if not - why downvote it, and without a word of explanation?
My own weather+reshade rework, RAW, received a rating of one within the first few hours, which didn't make any sense to me - whether you like the style or not, the mod was a serious and detailed piece of work, and well explained. Even received a death threat from some idiot who didn't read instructions, f-ed up his install and accused the addon of being too 'cinematic'. Strange folk you get on gaming forums sometimes, unfortunately.

Don't worry author, that screenshot does look very atmospheric, good job!
