This is a brightness fix in 'Against the Brotherhood' and 'One if by the Sea...'. I have made to my own entertainment only, but if u are suffering from the same issues, feel free to take it.
What to do with the .big file?
1. Extract the Mutant.big file
2. Put the extracted file (Mutant.big) to
C:\Users\[User_Name]\Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\Mods\Mutant\
, where [USER_NAME] is your Windows username.

Reminder :
1. Before you download the file, please install the mod with the latest version v1.1 first.
2. Before downloading the mod, you should make sure that your pc has already installed C&C 3: Tiberium Wars

How to display the map after download?
(For PC - Steam/Retailed or original CD only)
Files for each map reside in their own folders within this Maps folder. The location of the C&C 3 Maps folder depends on what version of Windows your have installed:
- Under Windows XP:
- C:\Documents and Settings\[USER_NAME]\Application Data\Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath\Maps\
- Under Windows Vista or Windows 7:
- C:\Users\[USER_NAME]\AppData\Roaming\Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath\Maps\
Where [USER_NAME] is your Windows username.
Note that under Windows Vista and Windows 7, the AppData folder is hidden by default. To enable the viewing of hidden files and folders in Windows:
- Open browser from your Start Menu
- Click the Organize drop-down, then Folder and Search Options.
- Click the View tab in the Folder Options dialog that appears.
- In Advanced Settings, turn on Show hidden files and folders.
- Hit OK.
