Teddy addon

This is Teddy by Kryzalis A.K.A. Chris Ollis for UT2004. This is a standalone installation in the form of a .zip file. Simply extract the contents of each file into the appropriate file in Your UT2004 folder. Please read and follow the rules of the original readme file. If You plan to use the upcoming Mayonaise 2004 skin then Teddy must be installed correctly first. As usual all relevant advice/input will be considered and welcomed.
