"Steve's Flashlight Mod" Author: SuaveSteve Description: This uses the new spotlight actors in GZDoom. Requirements Needs a release from at least 2018-02-10. You may now choose a location for the light to emit from. The light now reacts to crouching. Multiplayer now supported. Settings are shared.

Check other mods you have installed, chances are one of them is causing conflict with this one. Additionally, check your video settings.

flashlight++ by generic_name_guy seems to be similar to this mod although flaslight++ has more customization (inclusing the option to make the flashlight alert enemies)
