make a copy of the game/gamedata/whatever files it replaces, and then just cut/paste overtop the directory from a storage folder if you want to switch back and forth
How would you uninstall this mod and return original textures?
I always make a Back-up before I try a new addon, Its a Pain. but does save me alot of time.

Thanks for making this! The game starts so late in the year that it only makes sense there would eventually be snow.
I'm guessing this add on simply disables precipitation to prevent having pouring rain and thunderstorms in the middle of winter, since I see no changes to the weather folders.
Any chance of adding snow fall in the future? No problem if not. I know there are some weird issues with trying implement snowfall in the X-Ray engine.
There's one kind of odd ground plant sprite, though. They almost looks like big frozen cabbage plants. They have big broad leaves that you usually don't see intact in winter. Not sure what they supposed to be?
Any way to make this work on Anomaly 1.5 beta 3?

On the latest Anomaly beta the textures are not applying, just a white-ish filter :(

please fix for latest anomaly update, i would love to use it. currently no snow is being displayed
Sigh...what a shame this doesn't work in 1.5. This would have been a kind of turboboost to atmosphere. Too sad.

We are expecting some Snow on Monday so hopefully it will be made soon. :) :)
After Its Snowing I will be out in the Snow for a few hours taking Photos At 8K.
Which will then be used as a texture for the mod...

Hey Guys still no snow.And I don't know why.
As soon as it starts falling it will be under work.
It should be -5/-10 or even colder but now its literally +11 degrees.
So I have no idea what's going on but it is getting scary.
In general, you can adapt this old version of this mod while you wait for a new one. Салам русским =)
My trees and bushes are still summer mode is there any way i can fix that?

The temperature never really went below 0 degrees.
Looks like there won't be any snow or who knows...
The good old winters where it was -25-35 and heavy snow looks like its gone.
So I did not really have a chance to patch it up as I make all my textures photo-real.
Meaning I go out in the snowstorms to take photos which then I use as textures to make the mod.Since the release of the mod in 2019.Someone has patched it and copied the mod.And just patched up the missing textures with just one of my textures repeating and repeating.
The patch will be released tonight...
As much as I absolutely adore the winter aesthetic, I simply cannot enjoy this mod. The lack of snow on roofs, windowsils, general objects and so on is extremely jarring. It's especially annoying when you are walking through a doorway of an abandoned building and there is absolutely no snow near the doorway.
If htere were any way for you to add snow textures on top of the many objects, this mod would be perfect.

Yes indeed there are some stuff that needs to be worked on.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shares some of the textures so If I would make textures for the walls etc.Then there would be snow inside of the buildings as well.
As for the roofs I am working on it for the next update but I need more snow to fall in real life to texture it.

As it is now it's not working properly in 1.5.1 . Trees and bushes are completely white while the terrain is green...
