This mod has 3 main functions. 1. Remove all fake mutant sounds from the ambiance 2. Repurpose those effects to real distant mutant effects to increase situational awareness and immersion 3. Replace all environmental sounds for a richer soundscape

Added Dead Zone option back into the mod. Removes all bird noises and most insect sounds except some at night.
Overall, the background noise during calm weather, day and night, is quieter. Lets you hear the now quieter distant mutant sounds easier, and makes gunfire more stark in comparison.
Added New Presets for nearly every level instead of generic ones. Every area has its own character and sounds.
As you go further north, less and less wild-life (insects and birds) will be audible. the NPP and Generators are cold, dead places.
Only Red Forest and Darkscape have as much ambient bird sounds as before.
Bird sounds usually only play in the morning now, sometimes in evening depending on area.
Removed wind sounds from calm weather types until I rework and edit them to be less finicky.
Added about 8 new background loops into the pool to be used for different weather types.
Rain and Storm now have background wind sounds depending on the area. If the are is entirely outdoors, the wind is louder.
Urban areas have their own unique storm and rain wind sounds. Wild Territory and Limansk have heavier winds than others because they have very little interiors.
The Bar has less wind because there's no way for me to currently disable wind when underground in the bar it self.
Cat attack sounds are a bit quieter.
Zaton's soundscape is now much more dead compared to the Great Swamp.
Fog brings its own advantages now. When its foggy, there is less background noise and wind. Making it easier to hear something in the distance or worse, something stalking you. The trade-off is worse visibility.
Before a storm rolls in, wind will be higher and you can hear distant thunder if you listen closely, and all animals will be seeking shelter as well.
