Original Sound Effect Restoration addon

This very minor addon restores the sound effects for the standard Crysis guns to the original sounds (except for some of the silenced gunshots). I did not like the sounds chosen by Tactical Expansion mod so I reverted them. It also fixes the SR-25's scope so that it's no longer a PSO-1 reticle, instead using the reticle from the new DSG-1 scope.
