Söljmål HL1 translation addon

It's a variety of the Swedish dialect Wermlandic running alongside the Scandinavian dialect continuum. It has some more uncommon traits such as the majority of ending vowels being silent and the word for 'what' is 'hant' instead of the usual Scandinavian vad/hvad variations.
