Shootable Revenant Rockets addon

What it says on the tin: allows you to shoot down those stupid annoying Revenant rockets that follow you across the entire map until you can find something to hide behind.

Will probably tickle the fancy of Serious Sam players. Unlike Serious Sam, however, your automatic weapons aren't perfectly accurate, and the hitbox is quite small - shoot down rockets with discretion.

Each rocket has 10 HP, enough for a single pistol shot to destroy it, assuming you can hit it.

Only tested on GzDoom, but should work perfectly fine in Zandronum since it's basic Decorate.

Pre-emptive answers to questions that will probably be asked:

Does this work with Project Brutality? Probably not? There's a chance that the Revenant projectile has been left unchanged even after all these years of divergence but it's unlikely. If this doesn't work and you want to make this work with Project Brutality (or any other mod), just open the .pk3 file in SLADE, open the Decorate file, and replace both instances of "revenantseekermissiles" with whatever the Revenant projectile is called, so it inherits its properties from and replaces that instead.

Don't the Revenant projectiles gradually fly lower so they eventually explode on the ground already? Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't, I'm pretty sick of leaving it up to a coin flip.
