I suggest you to get rid off *0*.mdl & *T.mdl-files (edit QCs). They can bring some problems, especially after renaming. Also: barniel.mdl, not barneil.mdl; Barnie has black hands; odd contrast of textures makes them unnatural. In overall - not bad attempt.
They look great but, is there any reason why Barni's hands look dark?
