I was searching for this for along time.
you can spawn the air craft carrier that was in the second mission for the USA campaign ZH.
How to put it in game?
Installation instructions:
Extract the content from the "!!!Contra009Final_Addon" archive to your Zero Hour directory
AFTER you've installed "Contra 009 Final" and "Patch 1" and "Patch 2" .
To play the mod, open "Contra_Launcher.exe".
