Thanks! :)
cool
Thanks mate! Also does the game run smoothly? I have an Intel HD but I will soon buy a Hardcore Rig so i'll have 60+ fps.
Hope you enjoy the beautiful graphics!
Dammit this look wonderfull :O
some tips my game run with lagg :(
Well I get 9-20FPS with these shaders.Without them on highest settings I have 38-60+ on large scale battles.
I'll be making a performance version of the shaders soon.
Have you tried turning of the shadows?
I have an Intel HD so yea..that explains it..
I have newer tried using a shader program I downloaded before I think. does this shader apply to all mods for medieval 2? only this specific mod or this mod and the old sundering.
will it make a graphic card better able to process units than the original shader used.
I feel like even with a good graphic card, whenever i use a mod with high number of units there will be a huge drop in fps. and it will look like a staggerfest and it will slow down the speed of the game as well, at least that is what it looks like.
ty for explaining in advance.
I have 15-20 FPS on Intel HD at maximum graphics with 4000 units. It will go smoothly at better graphics card. Also this applies for all Mods because this adds a few files to the main directory of the game.
very cool, ty for making this :D
is the performance version you mentioned in another comment going to be giving the same visual with a tweak to how much it draws on system resources / switching the video card ram usage with any ram you installed into the pc.
or is it going to be a mix of performance and quality based on what is detected.
Since this is a Full AO version, I almost done with the performance one.It will just be a lowered value of AO
so I tried it and it's fluent :D and looks amazing :D it's bringing focus to all the details and removes most gaps there used to be, is that the wanted effect?
one thing though, as it brightens up everything I had to tone down the lighting to almost bottom, if I didn't it would effect my eyes too much and make red look a bit orange.
is there a way to control the colour schemes better other than reducing light?
Yes,that was the wanted effect. Also you have to lower the brightness for the best look.
And I uploaded the Performance version! :D
