RTB:R Enhanced Flashlight addon

This addon revamps the flashlight to be slightly brighter with a larger cone of radius while still being relatively beaten up to fit with the RTB:R aesthetic. Helpful in dark areas where the stock flashlight isn't good enough.

Simply unpack the 7z file into the "custom" folder in your RTB:R install.
