Probably could be edited for that, but for lore, military is supposed to eject trespassers (loners, among others)

Very nice work. It allows for enough dynamic-ness to keep things somewhat unpredictable but it's lore-friendly enough to avoid stupid situations like military buddying up with bandits.

How does this affect the Player relation with the different factions? I'm pretty sure I'm using an older mod where I don't see any (player related) changes to relations with factions.

Much like vanilla Goodwill, the player’s relations uses their Faction as a basis for relations. Any dynamic Factions gives you a chance to improve goodwill to remain neutral/friends longer should things turn south, possibly even sparing you from being immediately attacked during war if your goodwill exceeds 1000+ bonus relations. Any permanently hostile Factions towards your own will be impossible to make neutral.

I am planning an idea where changing Factions does not reset goodwill, although no estimated time of delivery for that yet.
