Recreated Beta Egon and Gauss World Models addon

These are 2 World Models that just didn't really exist (fan made and real) at the time that I made them, and it still hasn't changed much since then. Sooooo, I'm releasing them to the public rather than having them rot on my Hard Drive. I made the edits to the models, which includes new mesh data and UVs (and a few textures), I do not want these used in beta mods, please use these in private. I lost the Source Files to the W_Egon, but I had the W_Gauss on hand.
