I can see why AC:Xi had to use so many fictional assets, but the YRB-89 is the most retarded thing ever, being literally a bigger version of a fighter jet.
Fortunately my version and Xpand's can coexist peacefully. Wheee.
Also, mine's mostly emphasizes on "authenticity" from the original source (stats, ammo, loadout in this case I adopt ACJA version), so I may unlikely add in external hardpoint and internal bay in there like Xpand's.
The only reason for the differences in mine it's because the R-99 is the production version. The same way the F-22 is slightly different from the YF-22. I didn't really want to make an exact replica of the YR-99 because that would defeat the purpose of making a whole model from scratch, I could have just made some skins.
Just a question, but are the weapon bay doors supposed to be open whenever the aircraft is within range of something? I mean, not locked on, but in whatever direction as long as in lock range.
I just personally feel it looks off when compared to other fighters with internal bays.
That's actually proper to each fighter jet's config file in the game, and, you can override it in the options menu any time. Sorry for the uberlate reply @.@
Xpand, are you even human, making stuff so good and so fast? O.O Great great great job... o.o

..
okay, seriously. Yay. X being my first game, this makes me happy.
Any chance of making its "enlarged" bomber variant seen in Skies of Incursion?

So, R-101 next then?
