Never found a standalone addon for a quick melee like pb but for vanilla bd
So i ripped it off, i own nothing, all rights go to their respective owners
Just open the zip and pick a pk3 and load it after bdv21 using ZDL
Also added a blade reskin (blade.pk3)

Sadly it only works for bd weapons only, so weapons that are from separate addons won't be able to do a quick melee combo (unless you edit some stuff)
