A mod by Ivory Duke and RoosTer to allow the usage of AeonQCDE and QCDEmaps with D4T.
QCDExD4T brings the Multiplayer of D4T (albeit slightly edited) to AeonQCDE and QCDEmaps mappacks.
Featuring:
- 6 angrier Slayer (6 different classes), each one with its own recolored weapon hands and player sprite sets
- A fair amount of original coding to enhance the D4T experience
- New game modes previously unavailable in D4T (LMS, Terminator)
- VEGA announcer
- a few D4T bugfixes
- a manual!!
- some other stuff, play and find out!
For any detail about the intricacies of the gameplay please refer to the included manual.
Please do not host online server with bots, they will make it crash for some reason I am trying to figure out. Local MP with bots is fine though.
Make sure you load QCDExD4T after the mappacks and D4T through your preferred Doom mod loader.
And add the QCDE music pack on top to enhance your heavy metal slaying!
1.1a update:
FIxed an issue where game would crash when using fists (woops!!) and you could not switch from SP fists

- Coded an actor that was missing on a few selected maps
- Added knock back to quick melee to make it more useful (by RoosTer)
- Added a Quick Melee bind option to Mod Options menu section
- Merged all bugfixes of my other addon D4T GZDoom Bugfix for future-proofing
- Made the Regeneration powerup more useful (thank you DBT for the feedback!)

Do recolored weapon hands only work in MP? I don't see any difference in SP when choosing a different class.
Yes they do only work in MP.
That is because I have only recolored the hands of the weapons we decided to include in the MP.
The reason being the fact that QCDExD4T is just a MP addon, at the last minute I managed to make it SP compatible so that people would not have to change the pk3s they were loading depending on the game mode they wanted to play.
However, if you play SP coop the player sprites will be different depending on the class you and your friends choose
is it for QCDEmaps 1.5 ?
In AEONQCD 04 - Techno Junkie map there are some missing textures (flaged by the red and yellow exclamtion mark)

Oh I know what that is about.
If I ever release a new version I will fix it.
It is a very minor thing that only affects 2 maps in all of the AeonQCDE and QCDEmaps mapsets

Question here: Does it work with QCDEmaps2.1? Im having errors with it. Works perfect with QCDEmaps1.5. Another point is that QCDE OST doesnt work with most recent versions of map packs too (but works with 1.5).
QCDE updated the way the OST works by placing an item in the map, which makes "missin actors" to show up in console and latest version of OST to not work. Use the old OST version and newest maps, just ignore the error, it doesn't cause any problem anyway.
I am not going to update QCDExD4T just for that so don't you spam me with continuous requests to do it.
Once again: I have many more things to take care of than releasing updates to mods and I found your attitude to be very disrespectful
