==How to use it?==
1. Load it after the QCDE main PK3 file.
2. Make sure it's turned on in the Custom Monster themes inside QCDE Options.

- Police Cars and Tanks now explode to pieces when defeated,
and ejects the driver before exploding.
- Reduced the Health of Tanks.
- Reduced the number of projectiles for GangX.
- Changed the way Stynx does his strafing.
- Reduced the volume of the Police Car's sirens.
